Note on Handmade Production & Shipping Lead Time (Important) All our straw woven products are 100% handmade and made-to-order. Each piece is carefully woven, polished, and inspected by hand to ensure premium texture and quality. Due to artisanal craftsmanship, order processing time may take up to 10 business days before shipment. We strictly prioritize quality over speed to deliver durable, elegant, and well-crafted handmade goods.
1. Order Rules for Retail & Wholesale
Retail Orders: Open for individual purchases with no minimum order quantity. Perfect for personal use, gifts, and daily fashion matching.
Wholesale MOQ: Our standard wholesale Minimum Order Quantity is 10 pieces for resale and bulk cooperation.
Why it matters: We support both small retail orders and flexible bulk trial orders, allowing individual customers to own unique handmade items and helping business partners test market response without excessive capital pressure.
2. Customization Services (OEM / ODM)
Bring Your Vision to Life: We offer professional OEM and ODM customization services for both retail personalized orders and wholesale bulk orders.
How it works: You may provide reference photos, design sketches, or sample requirements. Our handcraft team will customize exclusive woven products according to your personal preference or commercial specifications.
3. Sample Policy
For Wholesale Partners: Free product samples are available for verified B2B wholesale customers to inspect quality and craftsmanship.
For Retail Customers: Sample purchase is supported for personalized reference; please contact us for details.
Shipping Terms: Sample product is free or charged at retail unit price; international shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
4. Production Lead Time & Global Delivery (Handmade Goods)
Core Processing Rule: All handmade items require manual production and quality checking. Standard lead time ranges from 3–10 business days depending on order volume and customization degree.
Sample Orders: Standard samples ship within 3–5 business days; custom handmade samples take 7–10 business days.
Retail Orders: General in-stock style retail orders ship within 3–7 business days; fully handmade customized retail orders take 7–10 business days.
Bulk Wholesale Orders: Standard bulk orders (10pcs and above) take 15–20 business days. Large or highly customized wholesale orders will be confirmed case by case.
Global Shipping: We cooperate with stable international logistics providers to deliver orders worldwide safely and efficiently. Once shipped, delivery time depends on destination country and local customs processing.
